Foot Reflexology Session
The core practice.
45 to 60 minutesFoot reflexology is the practice of applying targeted pressure to specific zones on the soles, sides, and tops of the feet. Each zone corresponds to an organ, gland, or system in the body. By working these zones systematically, reflexology aims to release tension, improve circulation, and support the body's own regulatory processes.
A reflexology session is not a foot massage in the conventional sense. The pressure is purposeful, the technique is structured, and the rhythm is set by our practitioners reading what the body needs. You'll feel pressure that may register as intense in certain zones, especially where the body is holding tension. This is normal and expected.
